JoAnn was hired on March 21, 1989. She started as a night-shift caregiver and worked her way up to Resident Coordinator in 1991.
"The residents fill my heart with joy. They are what make me whole. Working with my caregivers, teaching them what I know, is also very rewarding.
"I believe I make my residents' families feel that their loved ones are safe and well cared for in our home."
