Susie started working on the original campus in November 2002. In June 2003, she was promoted to Resident Coordinator of The Birch Home. She moved to her current position in the Health Center in August 2007.
"While working in The Birch Home, I learned how important the relationship is between the residents, the residents' families, and the staff. Working together to provide the residents with the best quality of life, we all become family. We experience and support each other through the good and the bad days.
"Now that I am in the Health Center, my experience as a Resident Coordinator helps me understand and support family mem-bers when they call with their questions and concerns, especially when they are in crisis."
