Sharron Durrant
Resident Coordinator,
The Diamond Peak Home
Sharon started working as a caregiver at one of the women's homes in June 2006. In May 2007, she became Resident Coordinator of The Diamond Peak Home.
"What a joy it was working in the women's homes. We danced, sang, and sometimes cried together. Even though the residents at Diamond Peak are men, we still sing, laugh, and sometimes cry. This is truly a job that makes me smile when I arrive and smile when I leave. I am so very proud of our staff, who really care and always go the extra mile.
"If my dad had Alzheimer's or another type of dementia and needed to live in an assisted care facility, I would want him in a home like Diamond Peak."
