Nancy Koll, LPN, Chief Financial Officer
Nancy has more than 25 years of experience in long-term health care. Her work in this field includes nursing, program design, administration, and fiscal management, which makes her uniquely suited to oversee the business management on our campus.
Nancy started her career in long-term care back in 1977 when she was in nursing school. After graduating and receiving her license as a Practical Nurse (LPN), she worked as a charge nurse in nursing facilities.
In 1987, Nancy was hired to consult with the developer of the original campus. She worked on the design and operational model of the campus, and worked with Liz to develop the facility's model of care.
In 1992, the Springfield campus was selected as one of the top residential care facility program models in the country and was presented at the National Alzheimer's Association convention in Chicago.
In 1994, Nancy joined Liz's In-Home Elder Care, Inc. as a business partner. She worked as a nurse and consulted with other facilities. Eventually, she became Director of Operations for an assisted-living company, overseeing facilities throughout the Northwest.
In 1999, Nancy returned to the original campus as Vice President of Operations.
